Car Parking
We have an on-site secure car-park that can only be accessed through roller shutter doors. Each tenant authorised to use the car-park has an infra-red fob that opens and closes the shutter door. Having an on-site secure car-park is very useful for those of our tenants who work late and are hesitant about using car-parks late at night.
Caretaker
The on-site caretaker is on hand every day to sort any minor issues. Whether it is changing light bulbs, cleaning accidental spills or finding replacement keys, it’s very useful to have a friendly person around to sort out these minor irritations.
Cleaning
Your waste bins are emptied every morning and the offices are cleaned as required. Toilets and communal areas are kept clean at all times.
Heat, Light and Power
Other than your monthly rental charge, there is no additional charge for heat, light and power
Location
Located just off the inner ring road, we have direct access to the Parkway carriageway and off-street and contract parking is on our doorstep. With the city shops just two minutes walk away, and the station no more than 10 minutes walk, it’s an ideal position for your office.
Reception
We no longer operate a manned reception. However, a caretaker is on site every morning in order to take care of any repairs and housekeeping that are required.
Security
There is a security alarm installed on the premises, that prevents unauthorised access outside normal working hours.
Shared Kitchen
The kitchen includes a large communal fridge, micro-wave, toaster, kettles and all the crockery and cutlery you will need. It’s a friendly place to have a chat with other tenants as you are making yourself a coffee.
Telecomms
Due to overwhelming demand, we have changed our telecomms approach to allow all tenants to contract with their own telecomms provider. This means that you can contract with BT (or any other provider) for your tailor-made phone-and-broadband package.
Visitor Access
The entryphone at the main entrance allows visitors to phone you and announce their arrival. For visitors who arrive by car, they are able to park their cars in the on-site car-park subject to space being available.
24/7 Access
There is no limit to the time of day that you choose to use your office.
Patio
We have a 1st floor patio, ideal for al fresco lunches or meetings.

Monthly Payment
The monthly amount charged, as shown in the Availability page, covers the following costs:
Use of the designated office
Rateable charge for your office
Heat, light and power in the office
Agreed number of car-parking spaces
